Project Overview
ZED PODS are seeking to advocate for highly sustainable, reliable and economical modular construction systems that can utilise the benefits of steel as a material to deliver projects to meet the demand for new housing with reduced timeframes, flexibility and quality than conventional build systems. We are hoping to showcase our project in Bromley where we are delivering 25 zero carbon affordable homes for the local council built using our steelwork modular build system. We have selected this project to demonstrate how steel structures can be deployed to deliver high quality housing on sites that my otherwise by impractical to develop using conventional build systems.
