Reaching heights of 136m - equivalent to the London Eye - 101 George Street's 44 and 38 storey towers comprise the tallest modular building in the world. This globally renowned scheme includes 546 purpose built rental homes and state-of-the-art amenities.
The efficiencies of modular mean that this scheme was delivered in 28 months. The factory-built homes were manufactured by Vision - Tide's volumetric modular company - in a clean, safe, temperature-controlled environment, and craned into place onsite. 1,526 modules were successfully installed in just 35 weeks.
