Project Overview
James Paul Services, Cornell Quarter, 300nr Student Accommodation over 6 floors based in Middlesbrough.
JPS have completed works including installation of pre-panelised loadbearing SFS system, profiled decking with reinforcement, installation of concrete floors with reinforced fibres within the concrete mix.
The SFS system also includes Hot Rolled Steel throughout the building mainly within Kitchens, Plantroom and Communal Areas, Canopies to the main entrance (externally and within the courtyard) and smaller canopies to 6 other entrance doors.
To the external face of the SFS we have also installed Versaliner boarding, Tyvek Housewrap, 100mm Rockwool Duo slab (in lieu of PRI insulation) and Bricktie channels.
The SFS system has been designed and manufactured by Hadley Steel Framing, HSF and JPS together have been involved with design coordination with other trades onsite to avoid any clashes/issues onsite. In addition, JPS have carried out the internal drylining works throughout.
