Project Overview
Project Jylland mission was to build modern, sustainable, and attractive premises for young people in Kista, Stockholm. The project is located in a residential area close to Kista Science City, the leading ICT cluster. The project consists of 4 new buildings, where the tallest one consists of 13 modular floor levels and 2 concrete underground levels, being the tallest modular building in Scandinavia. The use of modular technology made it possible to erect this building in the shortest possible time without disturbing neighboring residential area. The choice of modular technology was dictated by the client's desire to implement the project quickly and efficiently, without street closure. Considering the volume of the project, it was important to observe the quality of the finishing of the premises, the installation of systems and furniture that can be guaranteed in the factory environment.
