The Overlook is a new community of luxury single-family homes in the San Francisco Bay Area, currently being developed by Toll Brothers, the eighth largest home builder in the United States, and manufactured off-site by Entekra.

The community is comprised of 71 three- and four-story homes featuring award-winning contemporary designs. Four different floor plans are offered with 2,853 to 3,028 of living space, four to five bedrooms and up to five bathrooms.
