Local authority procurement specialist LHC has chosen the winners for its Modular Buildings framework.
The LHC winners are:

The Modular Buildings (MB1) framework will provide modular buildings for use in the public sector including education, healthcare, offices and community buildings.
The McAvoy Group has won a place on 15 of 22 lots of the framework.
Managing Director Eugene Lynch said: “McAvoy’s success in so many Lots of the LHC Framework Agreement highlights the breadth and quality of our service offering to clients across a range of sectors, as well as our agility in responding effectively to a variety of client requirements.
“As the first offsite construction company to achieve BRE BIM Level 2 Certification in the UK, our specialist design teams will develop virtual models of our clients buildings providing a full understanding of the building concept in the design stage, possibly a first for many in the education and healthcare sectors.”
