Slicedstone is an innovative new concept offering natural stone mosaics on a roll, with its own fully integrated 100% waterproof membrane, and inbuilt decoupling system. The perfect design choice for bathrooms, showers and wetrooms in residential and commercial applications such as hotels, spa and wellness, and sports and leisure projects.
Slicedstone Mosaics are sized using the latest technology in laser-processing machinery, allowing for accurately cut tiles. Backed with a decoupling waterproof membrane, the tiles are precisely spaced giving consistent 3mm grout lines that are pleasing even to the most critical eye.
Made from 4mm slices of Indian sedimentary rock, the surface has been treated with a clear Polycarbonate solution to create a stable surface that is waterproof, stain-resistant, UV resistant and allows easy removal of adhesive and grout residue. Combining the beauty of natural stone, each of the mosaics uncovers the richness of the unique blend of natural colour, texture and effect, inspired by nature’s variations.
The Slicedstone range comes in a choice of 10 beautiful finishes and tile sizes 25mm x 25mm and 50mm x 50mm. With roll lengths of 1000mm x 500mm, Slicedstone is said to be up to 80% faster to tile than traditional sheet mosaics. At just 4mm thickness, Slicedstone mosaics on a roll are incredibly lightweight, easy to handle, and can offer a saving of up to 60% less grout.
