ultimate ‘Winner of Winners’ trophy.

ready for simple site connection and commissioning. LABC Assured and futureproofed
for Building Regulation changes, MODULHAUS™ provides a 60-year design-life (BOPAS
Certified) and outstanding functional performance (in terms of acoustics, thermal,
fire and robustness) and superior finish quality.

Attracting more than 200 entries,
the Offsite Awards are renowned for showcasing a rich vein of architectural
achievement and engineering prowess and this year was no exception. Taking place
at Offsite Expo on the evening of 21 September 2021, the Offsite Awards was a
major coming together of the industry when over 400 guests gathered to
celebrate ground-breaking achievements and the pioneers who are developing
radical new offsite technologies, innovative product developments and landmark
projects using factory-based methods.

furnishings.

to meet the needs of local authorities battling to find a cost-effective
solution to address rough sleeping, MODULHAUS™ is a single person housing
solution that has been launched after a rigorous research, development and
testing programme.
