Established in 1964, Hadley Group offers a market-leading portfolio of thousands of innovative products shaped for structural and non-structural applications. The group’s products are now used throughout the automotive, construction and industrial markets. Hadley Group will be bringing its range of inventive products to this year’s EcoBuild, as well as to the Explore Offsite Hub outlook events taking place throughout the year.
UltraZED™ purlins and side rail system
One of the primary products Hadley Group will be showcasing at these events is its innovative UltraZED™ purlin and side rail system. One of the company’s most technically advanced system, it delivers greater load bearing capacity, enhanced air permeability and is far more sustainable than other similar products on the market. Taking a ‘whole system’ approach to design, Hadley Group can now offer more choice and more design flexibility than ever before, meaning it has greater potential than ever for use.
DesignSuite Pro
Another system that will be on show at the event is DesignSuite Pro, an intuitive and customisable programme with a wealth of innovative features. The system is fully compliant with the British Standards and Eurocodes BS EN 1993 1-3. Designed in-house by engineers for engineers, the system makes project planning and specifying easier than ever before. With an extended range of internal pressure coefficients for ease of use, DesignSuite Pro enables users to create plans that are both optimised and reliable. The system is available as a free download from Hadley Group’s website.
Research & Development Centre
Hadley Group houses one of Europe’s largest research and development centres, where it has invented some of the most innovative products within the cold-rolled steel market, such as UltraSTEEL®. A revolutionary cold rollforming technology, UltraSTEEL® has transformed product efficiency and reduced costs for a wealth of industries internationally. Inherently stronger and greener by design, the process drives down material costs for customers without compromising the performance capabilities of the metal. Over 1 billion metres of the product has been produced since its invention and it was awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise Innovation in 2006 and 2014
Additionally, the company’s sheet metal and fabrication capabilities have seen it establish itself as a market leader in a very competitive market. Hadley Group’s Computing Numerical Control (CNC) Punching capabilities enable it to manufacture an infinite number of sheet metal products with application across various sectors. The company also operates a CNC Press Braking machine with the capability of folding up to 4050mm lengths.
With such capabilities, Hadley Group is in a perfect position to provide innovative solutions to complex problems. The company operates around the world, with sites in Netherlands Turkey, Thailand and Dubai, as well as its group headquarters in Smethwick, Birmingham.
At EcoBuild, the company will be showcasing this range of expertise and will have experts on hand to talk through any technical queries visitors may have about its unique approach to design and development.
