Elements Europe has won a contract with Russell Construction to manufacture 638 bathroom pods for Oxygen Towers, a £105 million PRS scheme in Manchester being developed by Property Alliance Group.
The impressive three-tiered building is in a fantastic location in the emerging Piccadilly Basin a short walk from regenerated Piccadilly and the bohemian Northern Quarter.
Elements Europe has been contracted to manufacture and deliver 638 bathroom pods for the scheme.
Clients Russell Construction will shortly visit Elements Europe's manufacturing facility to approve a prototype prior to the full manufacturing commencing at the end of May. Deliveries to the site will start four weeks later in line with Russell Construction's build schedule.
Oxygen is a neighbourhood within the 31 storey building with five-star leisure facilities. Once complete the development will offer 345 stylish one and two-bed apartments as well as twelve family townhouses.
